| Summary |
Representative shall assist
customers directly and other departments to satisfy the same customers

| Essential Functions
|

Provide administrative support to
Sales and Marketing department like generating quote, processing orders,
tracking orders, providing order confirmation and returns
|

Provide assistance to Accounting and HR
department when needed
|
| ~ |
Provide basic pricing and product information
to customers
|
| ~ |
Contact existing customers and prospects to
provide quotes, samples or literature
|
| ~ |
Answer incoming calls with help of other
departments |
| ~ |
Assist in co-ordination of special company
events like customer training |
| ~ |
Provide customer feedback, market/industry
feedback and product suggestions/projections |
| ~ |
Special projects as assigned by manager.
|
| Qualifications |
AA degree or vocational school
training, Minimum 6-month experience in technology-related company in customer
service, clerical or administrative position.
|

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
|

Self-starter and able to work independently with minimal
supervision
|
| ~ |
Self-motivated, energetic, detail-oriented, team-player
|
| ~ |
Knowledge of MS Office, Accounting / ERP software experience
helpful
